Expect a restorative & mindful practice that journeys through self-face massage, Yin yoga postures & eventually lands into guided relaxation. This gentle, yet grounding practice will benefit the racing mind, the stiff body & the overwhelmed heart.

Neal’s Yard products will be used or bring your own facial oil for the self-face massage section of our evening.

Suitable for all levels.

7-9pm, £25

Please come in comfortable, warm, relaxed clothing.

Have a clean, make-up free face.
